PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the UNIVACK RECORDS online store, dedicated to selling merchandise related to the record label.

UNIVACK RECORDS reserves the right to modify the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

PRODUCTS AND ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

All products are made to order through an external provider.

This means that products are not held in stock and are produced individually once the order is confirmed.

Estimated production time is 2–5 business days (in addition to shipping times).

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT within Spain and the European Union. Orders outside the EU are VAT exempt.

Shipping costs are not included and are calculated automatically during checkout.

UNIVACK RECORDS reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

ORDER PROCESS AND INVOICING

Once an order is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all purchase details.

PAYMENT METHODS

Products must be paid in advance using one of the following methods:

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT:

Payments are accepted via Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are processed through the secure payment gateway REDSYS (SSL), without this website having access to full card details.

All personal data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption, ensuring that only the intended recipient can access the information.

PAYPAL PAYMENT:

Allows payment via PayPal account or card through its secure platform. Payment data is processed directly by PayPal.

All transactions are processed through secure external platforms, and this website does not have access to full banking details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are handled by an external provider responsible for production and shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Note: production time (2–5 business days) must be added to these delivery times.

Products may be shipped separately depending on the fulfillment location.

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order contents.

UNIVACK RECORDS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the products offered, which are made to order and personalized, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product received

In such cases, the customer must contact us through the contact form within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the order, providing details and, where applicable, images of the product.

Once the issue has been verified, UNIVACK RECORDS will proceed, as appropriate, with the replacement of the product or the corresponding refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

However, this right shall not apply to products that are personalized or made to the customer's specifications, in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Since the products offered by UNIVACK RECORDS are made to order, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the production process has begun.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Product colors and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or availability issues at any time.

USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to use the website in accordance with the law and these Terms.
